Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy.

1. Return window
   You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
2. Return conditions
   To be eligible for a return, items must be:
   • unused;
   • in the original packaging;
   • in the same condition as received.
   If your item has a quality issue, please contact us first so we can review the issue and provide the correct return instructions.
3. Return fees
   Approved returns are free of return shipping charges and restocking fees. There is no restocking fee.
4. How to start a return
   Email info@boardgamegeekstoreshop.my with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

6. Refund timing
   After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
